• The terms, conditions, exclusions, limits or claim/settlement decisions of Product Providers.
• Any loss, damage, claim or dispute arising between you and a Product Provider.
• Any act, omission, default, negligence or fraud of a Product Provider, retailer or service provider.

Any interaction, contract or transaction between you and a Product Provider is at your own risk and subject to the Product Provider's terms.

No Approval Guarantee

Using BANQUEEN's eligibility tools, comparison features or application services does not guarantee that a product provider will approve your application. Approval, interest rates, credit limits, loan amounts, insurance coverage, investment acceptance and other terms are determined solely by the product provider based on their internal policies, credit checks, risk assessment and regulatory requirements.

BANQUEEN does not promise or assure "100% approval", "instant approval", "no-rejection" or any similar outcome. Any marketing communication indicating otherwise should be disregarded unless explicitly issued by the product provider.

No Guaranteed Returns

Investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, demat accounts and other investment options are subject to market and other risks. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. BANQUEEN does not guarantee any fixed, assured or minimum return on any investment product.

Insurance products are subject to terms, conditions, exclusions, waiting periods, deductibles and claim settlement criteria. Premiums, coverage and benefits are as stated in the policy document issued by the insurer.

BANQUEEN is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices or availability of external websites. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BANQUEEN and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, business or goodwill, arising from:

• Any content, information, comparison, calculator output or recommendation on the Platform.
• Any product, service, act or omission of a Product Provider, retailer, courier, payment gateway or third party.
• Any unauthorised access, data breach, virus, malware or technical failure beyond our reasonable control.
• Any decision or action you take based on information obtained from the Platform.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
